This is the new VAZ2123 Niva as first seen at the Moscow Auto Show in August, 1998. This 'new look' Niva is on the verge of full release. However it looks like it will be marketed as a General Motors Chevy due to GM's financial backing. However AutoVaz do not intend to stop production of the 2121 Niva, which makes sense. Looks suspiciously like the previous model Toyota RAV4 don't you think?
